I got a few comments on how I was avoiding the Lithuanian letters:
ą č ę ė į š ų ū ž
Well the reason I did avoid them was that it was extraordinarily annoying to cut and paste those individual letters into Lithuanian words! So I consulted the magical forum of Debesėlis and I was able to get the help of a puikus bicas called ascii who gave me this advice…
I can help you. If you have Windows XP, do the following: Go to Control Panel -> Hit Classic View (In case you are in Categories view) -> Look for the icon with a globe (Translation from spanish is “Global configuration and language”) -> Click on it -> Go to the second tab, Languages -> Hit details -> Add… -> Lithuanian in both drop boxes -> Accept -> Accept -> Accept
To enable the lithuanian key mapping just go to the bottom right corner, next to the system tray. You’ll see a button with two letters corresponding to the language you have set. Click on it and then click Lithuanian. Remember keyboard distribution is application dependant, so you can have the English distribution on, say, Word, and Lithuanian on Firefox.
From top right corner on the keyboard, here is the lithuanian key mapping:
`ąčęėįšųū90-žqwertyuiop[]asdfghjkl;’\\zxcvbnm,./With shift:
~ĄČĘĖĮŠŲŪ()_ŽQWERTYUIOP{}ASDFGHJKL:”||ZXCVBNM<>?With Alt Gr (Ctrl+alt):
1234567890=€With Alt Gr + Shift (Ctrl+alt+shift):
!@#$%^&*+
I can now type properly in Lithuanian. Labai Ačiū.

Cool
