Tikriausiai praeis nemažai laiko, kol tai, ką parašiau suprasi. Vis dėlto, dėkui, jog domiesi mūsų kalba. Tai tikrai labai sunki kalba, todėl linkiu sėkmės.

Good luck learning Lithuanian, it’s not widely-spoken, whether or not it’s beautiful or at least pleasent for the ear is not clear either, but it is certainly considered one of the oldest remaining and stil spoken by a relatively large number of people, European languages. In fact all the linguists across the world even if their field of study has nothing to do with baltic languages still have to have at least basics of lithuanian, which is mandatory for researches into indo-european languages. Having said that don’t thing, despite what a lot people, ussually out of unknowingness, say, that it’s somehow very difficult to learn, it’s nonsence and people who say so are usually lithuanians themselves which probably think that by saying so they add a merit to the language (in an odd way i’d day even if they truly do). Whether or not people find it dificult to learn depends on where they are for originally and what is their native language, say for speakers of slavic and romanic languages learining lithunian is not difficult at all that is because of many aspects, pronouncation, sentence building and so on. I knew a couple italians and spaniards who learned the language something like in half a year. which i found incredible. No it’s even hard to notice, aside from appearance, that they are not native speakers. And even if your a speaker of different language of another branch it’s still not as hard as it might seem at first , it’s all comes down to attitude (chinease come hear and within two years at most they alredy speak the language, on the other hand russians who have lived here for most of their lives still don’t speak it (can’t say the same about our generation though). O yeah and if you finally do learn speak lithunian you will find that it will become much easier for you to learn other easter european languages, especially russian (read about relation of baltic-slavi languages), so that is also a kind of advantage. So good luck again and keep it up.
